Most people’s circumstances change over time, whether this is through divorce, remarriage, or the birth of children, however, many people do not ensure that their Will is kept up to date and in line with their wishes. No one likes to think about when they die or attending to their Will and unfortunately, in so many cases, the deceased’s wishes are never heard because of failure to attend to their Will.

Most people do not realise that they are able to invest their money or equity from their property into trust, nor do they realise that they are able to save money through the correct Inheritance Tax planning. Most people give away thousands of pounds of their money on death by not putting their financial affairs in order during their lifetime. For example, recent changes in legislation mean that Inheritance Tax relief can be passed on to your spouse with the correct Will planning.

We will offer advice and guidance on your individual circumstances and give our recommendations on what we consider necessary to put your affairs in order, which is without obligation. Following your free appointment or review, it is then up to you whether you choose to instruct us to act on your behalf.
