As people live longer caring for the elderly is becoming an increasingly important issue for everyone. Whether you are a child worried about your parents, a relative, or a concerned friend there are many issues that may need to be addressed such as:

Many of the above are confusing and complicated areas for the lay client and their relatives and it is important that proper planning is done, and legal advice is taken, so as to ensure that the client has the security and peace of mind that he and she needs for their later years
We are conscious that as the world grows more complex it is increasingly difficult for
elderly clients to manage their affairs without some level of assistance. We offer a regular support service for such clients at a rate which they can afford so as to ensure that they do not have to worry about their affairs getting into a mess.
